AI Automation Agency | Make.com, GoHighLevel & AI Agents
AI Automation

The manual work in your business, handed to a system.

Make.com automations, GoHighLevel management, and AI agents built around how your team already works — so orders, leads, and reporting move on their own.

AI automation agency

Automation that removes work, not automation for its own sake.

Most growing ecommerce teams do not have a software problem. They have a handoff problem. An order comes in on one platform, gets typed into a sheet, gets pasted into a message, and someone remembers to follow up. Every one of those steps is a place where time leaks and things get missed.

We map those handoffs first, then build the smallest system that removes them. Make.com carries the data. GoHighLevel carries the follow-up. AI agents handle the parts where a rule is not enough — reading a message, summarising a thread, drafting a reply for approval.

Everything is built inside your own accounts, documented, and handed over. You should be able to see exactly what runs, when it runs, and what it costs.

The problem

The signs that your operation is running on copy and paste.

01

Make.com Automation Builds

Scenarios that connect marketplaces, storefronts, sheets, CRM, and inbox — with routers, error handling, and alerting so a failure surfaces instead of going silent.

02

GoHighLevel Management

Pipelines, forms, calendars, SMS and email sequences, tagging and routing rules — set up properly and maintained as your offers change.

03

AI Agentic Workflows

Agents that triage inbound messages, classify leads, summarise reviews and threads, and draft replies or listing copy for a human to approve.

04

Marketplace & Ops Automation

Order, inventory, and pricing data kept in sync across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, eBay, and Shopify, with exceptions flagged to the right person.

05

Lead Routing & Follow-Up

Every enquiry captured, enriched, assigned, and followed up on a schedule — so speed to first reply stops depending on who is at their desk.

06

Reporting Automation

Scheduled pulls from ad and marketplace accounts into one dashboard or sheet, so the weekly numbers are ready before anyone asks for them.

How we work

Map, build, hand over.

01

We sit with your team and write down every handoff — what gets moved, by whom, how often, and what breaks when it is missed.

02

We build the highest-cost handoff first, in your accounts, and run it alongside the manual process until it has earned trust.

03

You get the scenario map, the documentation, and monitoring. We stay on for maintenance if you want it, not because you are locked in.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

What is AI automation for an ecommerce business?

It is the work of connecting the tools you already pay for so information moves without a person copying it. In practice that means Make.com scenarios between your marketplaces, CRM, spreadsheets and inbox, GoHighLevel pipelines for lead follow-up, and AI agents that read, summarise or draft where a rule alone is not enough.

Do you build in Make.com or Zapier?

We build primarily in Make.com because its routers, iterators and error handling hold up when a workflow grows past a few steps. If you are already committed to another platform we will tell you honestly whether migrating is worth it or whether we should build where you are.

What does GoHighLevel management include?

Sub-account and pipeline setup, form and calendar wiring, SMS and email follow-up sequences, tagging and lead routing rules, and ongoing maintenance as your offers change. If you are running GHL as an agency, we also handle snapshot builds and client onboarding automation.

Where do AI agents actually help, and where do they not?

They help where the input is messy language and the output is a judgement or a draft: triaging support email, summarising reviews, classifying leads, generating first-pass listing copy. They do not help where a deterministic rule is cheaper and safer, and we will not put an agent in a place a filter belongs.

What happens to the automations if we stop working together?

They are built in your accounts, documented, and yours to keep. We hand over the scenario map and the credentials list. Nothing is locked behind a tool we own.
